Edible Hedges

March 2025

This project was completed in March 2025 and comprised:

200m of hedge, comprising over 1700 trees including Hazel, Elder, Hawthorn, Blackthorn, Field Maple, Crab Apple, Dog Rose, Downy Birch, and Alder. Planted in two sections next to existing fences, rather than install additional permanent fencing, one section uses a solar powered electric fence, and the other uses a dead hedge, a fence made from brashing.
